Renovations in the bathroom |

Hi Everyone,
Justin and I are working on renovating our ensuite - I know, I know, everyone is saying that we should wait until after the wedding, but I just can't stand it anymore! We had to change the melamine counters and the outdated tiles. If anyone has any advice or reno stories to tell - please post them in the comments section. We are trying to save some money (with the wedding coming up and all) so I am going to re-tile the bathroom myself.

Will and I actually just did our bathroom ourself.
It took many weekends and a zillion trips to Home Depot
but it was so much fun and we saved a lot of money. If
you are not in a rush I recommend the DIY route for the
whole thing.

Best of luck with the reno - it is always more time than you think it takes. My only advice is - make sure you have a good contractor that you can trust. We went through 3 before we found one that was reliable!
